On March 4, 2026, HAI welcomed representatives from the Alliance for American Leadership for a panel on building public and political support for global aid. Speakers including Asher Moss, Alicia Contreras Donello, Thomas Wuchte, Deborah Cook Kalliel, and Arjun Tusker drew on their experience at the United States Agency for International Development and beyond to discuss grassroots advocacy for international development.
