On November 13, 2024, HAI hosted a fireside conversation with Dr. Sarosh, who leads Pathfinder International from Karachi, Pakistan, and is breaking barriers as the organization’s first CEO based outside the U.S. She discussed her wo decades of experience in development and humanitarian work, she has been a steadfast advocate for women's health, well-being, and empowerment across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

As Pathfinder's former President for South Asia and MENA, Dr. Sarosh oversaw a portfolio of $180 million, driving transformative projects in reproductive health, women’s economic empowerment, and climate resilience. Her work has resulted in significant policy reforms and the institutionalization of key systems to enable women and girls to reach their full potential.
